Pulling on over 20 years of learning and development experience, I can design and deliver engaging and impactful soft skill, management, leadership and team learning experiences.  I also offer a design and consultation service for operational training and corporate inductions.

My coaching style is based on the brain-based methodology of the Neuro-Leadership Institute.  My aim is to facilitate powerful, insightful coaching conversations using the neuroscience of learning, motivation, and change. I use an eclectic approach to coaching that will help you develop new habits, skills, and behaviors or to overcome blockers that you may be facing.

I work both in person and virtually for coaching sessions depending on the needs of my coachees.
